Consequences of withdrawal

In case of valid withdrawal, the performance received by both parties shall be returned. If you are unable to return the received goods in whole or in part, or only in a deteriorated condition, you are obliged compensate us accordingly for the value. This shall not apply where items are provided if deterioration of the goods was caused solely by their inspection such as you could have carried out in a retail store, for example. Apart from this, you can avoid an obligation to compensate for the value by refraining to make use of the goods as your property and by refraining from anything that impairs their value.

The goods shall be collected from you by a third-party enterprise at our expense and risk. Customers from other European countries shall bear the collection costs themselves. Please contact our customer services department about these costs.

Exclusion of withdrawal

According to Sec. 312d(4)(1), German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal is excluded for the delivery of goods manufactured according to customer specifications.
